Are you running your pump 24/7 while you are trying to clear it? BTW, your ph is perfect at 7.6.

I'd try lowering pH to 7.0 and see if it clears then. If not, it's something else.

Are you brushing the sides of the pool? What kind of pool do you have? If there is still some staining on the pool surface, it could make the water appear to be teal. Make sure you keep the chlorine up at 15 - 20 continuously, keeping the filter going 24/7.
