Still, here, the best price as at one of the pool stores. They are selling the carboys of 12% for $16, which is equiv to $1.60/gal of Ultra (6%). When I've tested it from this store, it's usually around 14% so it's actually a little cheaper than $1.60 for 6%. They do a HUGE turnover on carboys so it's always pretty fresh.
