It's apparently yet another copper ion system, making what appear to be sanitizer claims.
I'm really surprised at the claim they are making: "completely eliminates the need for chlorine, stabilizer, salt, algaecide, and virtually all other standard pool chemicals"! (http://nochempoolsaz.com/how-it-works/ - image archived) That's the sort of sanitizer claim that the EPA has slapped down other companies for making. I've archived the site, and forwarded the info to Chem_Geek, since he's been active in contacting the EPA about companies making bogus claims like these.
