Diamond Brite

Just starting the pool build and am curious what is out there for plaster besides Diamond Brite. Have read some negative things on it and thought there may be some better alternatives.

Sorry, I really don't know. Surface finishes aren't my thing.

But . . . I can tell you what REALLY matters is contractor skill and dedication. Different materials take different techniques and it's of no use to YOU if there's a better finish than Diamondbrite, that no one in YOUR area has experience in applying!

Look for what finish treatment has been used successfully in YOUR area -- and it varies from region to region -- and then look for the contractor who has done the good work!
