I would call Inyo. They will know what's available that you might be able to use.
The BIG problem is going to be getting a secure bond to SOMETHING behind the replacement liner track. Again, they will know what they have available better than anyone here.

And, actually, if you can get someone knowledgeable on the phone at Inyo, having pix THEY can look at (here, or at Imgur) will likely help.
Everyone who sells pool stuff has learned the hard way to NOT trust verbal consumer descriptions of parts or problems -- and they'll blow you off, rather than take the chances of a small profit versus a large risk of an unhappy customer who wants to return the (WRONG) parts that have NOW been used, and can't be resold.
