Hello, First post getting a handle on the forum.

I'm from Michigan and looking to replace a recessed Lomart pool that finally failed after 20 years. Hoping to learn about the different options so I can pick an appropriate pool as a replacement.

The AG market has changed a lot since Lomart and Doughboy were dominant players sold by local dealers. But . . . if you've gotten 20 years out of your Lomart, and there is still a reputable Lomart dealer / installer in your area, I'd definitely encourage you to look there, first.

Some of the chain store AG pool dealers who are now dominant in the market seem to engage in fairly shade sales and promotion tactics.
