We're made an offer on a rehabbed home with a pool...problem is that the pool is covered, probably been that way for a really long time...the cover has two huge holes so we can see that the water is completely black, murky, muddy maybe...there's all kinds of debris in it. Is this worth even moving forward with? It's a bank owned foreclosure so the possibility of the bank covering costs for repairs is almost non existent.
We've never owned a pool so this is all new to us. The house is perfect for us otherwise! We really WANT a pool but maybe this one is just too much....please offer any advise you can!
We're scheduling a pool inspection for next week and just want to get any advise we can ahead of that appointment so we know what questions to ask.
Thanks for your help!!
