Has anyone used Poolsure, the company based out of Houston, for either bulk chemical deliveries or for water monitoring management? Does it really save time and money for a commercial pool? It sounds like a really interesting option to help outsource some of the work but I don't know if it is a quality service. Trying to get some people who have used it to chime in.
Thanks!

I am re-opening the thread. Please understand, we get a lot of first posts that ARE spammers. The site owner will still have the final word.

Understood. I'm just trying to gauge the level of service on chemical deliveries, etc., since we have some properties in their area. It's for commercial use, not residential
Our focus is residential pools, not commercial pools and we are geared to helping homeowners get around the pool chemical, pool service and pool store industries to save them time, money and agitation.
There are some here with experience managing public pools, like the site owner, but the vast majority of us are simply homeowners.

Andrew,
As Carl noted, we're focused on helping residential pool owners. Consequently, -- even though my own local business is LARGE commercial pool service -- we have little traffic from commercial pool owners.
Another factor (and reason we don't pursue commercial users) is that commercial guys tend to be focused exclusively on THEIR problem, and tend to be in and out. As a rule, they don't lurk, and don't participate once their problem is handled. Consequently, they aren't available to help other posters like themselves.
You might be better off calling some other commercial guys, from a non-competing (to you) region where Poolsure is active., and getting their recommendations.
Good luck.
PoolDoc / Ben
