Sorry. I'm not even going to try. We have a hard enough time trying to help people in the Euro market, because they cannot use the products we recommend. Trying to figure out how you can solve your problem in Iran, with no access to either US or Euro products is an exercise in futility. You're welcome to browse through the PoolForum and PoolSolution, work out the principles of pool care, and then figure out how you can apply them with the products you DO have available.
I will point out that CuSO4 would not itself cause gray and cloudy water. More likely, it's the lack of an effective oxidizer. Aluminum sulfate is of some value in removing copper, but it's a twitchy chemical. When it's used in potable water treatment, water paramenters are carefully determined in advance with "jar testing", and then adjusted to match BEFORE dosing with alum. Trying to use it in a pool will have unpredictable results. If you want to use it, I'd strongly recommend using the very 'old-school' method of dosing upstream of the sand filter, to try to produce a 'floc' coating on the filter. BUT, the success of this depends on relatively low flows through the sand filter. If you are using a modern filter with unrealistic flow ratings and an over-sized pump, you're rather likely to just drive the alum floc out into the pool, making things worse.
Good luck!
