Lightbulb Caulk or adhesive to seal/affix replacement SPA gun body inside gunite hole

I need to replace two leaking, damaged straight PBC jets bodies (venturi guns), specifically Pentair 46540100 I have chipped concrete and cut rebar to gain access to the back of the guns and their water/air plumbing.

How shall I fill gaps and seal the replacement PVC jet body to the pool-wall gunite?

What caulk or adhesive do you recommend and why?

Here are the options I have located online:

    Nitrile rubber Permaseal brand:

    Sikaflex, 3-M 5200
    Hydraulic cement Waterplug brand:

You've already ID'd some of the higher quality products out there. But my experience is with operating large commercial pools, and with pool chemistry, not with concrete re-construction. I've done some of that successfully, but not enough to make recommendations.

And, there are only a few pool guys here, because I've always had such a strict 'No Sales, No Promotion' policy here.

You might want to post on poolspaforum.com -- a lot of pool guys hang out on that forum.
