Wink Learning BBB with an Intex pool

This is our second year with our summer escapes 15' x 42" pool with a Krystal Clear Model 633T filter pump. Our first year was a mess. Back and fourth to the pool store all summer and still 4,000 gallons of nasty pool water. So this year we are planning to use the BBB method.

Pool is set up and cleaned. Will start filling tomorrow. Heading to Sam's to pick up the Pool Brand bagged dichlor shock, bleach and borax.

    Any advice will be appreciated.

    Thank you,
    Campsmoremom

Sounds like you have been doing some reading and have found our start up recipe! You probably also read our recommendation to get a good test kit. Let us know if you have any questions. We'll be glad to help.

Your pool will be much happier with the good filter cartridges referenced in the Super Simple Recipe. Go ahead and order 2 or 3 of them, unless you don't mind cloudy water and fine "stuff" on the bottom of the pool.
