So when we took off the cover, we noticed that the wall around the skimmer was bent in slightly, the wall is out of the rail that holds it at the top. But only around the skimmer. Last year, we had a bend under the skimmer with some rust. The rust under the skimmer was there last year also, so we know it wasn't from the winter. A pool company stated we need to replace the pool, but I do not know if that is because of the bend of the wall or the rust. Insurance is assuming it is from snow and won't cover a new pool.

Can the bend in the wall be fixed? It isn't caved in by any means. Should I call the pool place back and ask the tech what the concern is? If it is just the rust underneath, then insurance should cover it no problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as summer is here and we have 4 children dying to swim!!!
