    The water is actually in a good condition. It is not pumping water. The pump is working, but no water. I have no clue what filter is it. I know it's a sand filter but I don't know what kind. I don't even know how to open and clean this. I am very new to pools and filters. Below is the pictures.

    I don't recognize that filter, at all.

    But I'd guess it's a DE filter, not a sand filter.

    Regardless, you'll need to open it and check it. CAUTION: you MUST release the air before you open it; otherwise there is the possibility of the lid exploding in your face!
