new user with AG liner problems

Hi I was looking to see if anyone can tell me the best way to empty my pool once down to an inch and sump pump stops working?
I have a semi inground pool 21x41 X 48 deep
My liner has 3 tears in it where the beed connects to lip .

Never mind I poked about 40 wholes in bottom and it emptied out !!

not what I would have suggested . . . but if you were planning to replace the liner, that should be a perfectly fine solution!
