Sorry, but without seeing the bits you have left, it's hard to say what your options are. If you want to post the pictures online, and link to them, you are welcome to do so. (Flickr, Photobucket, Picasa, etc.)
So what can I do about it? I guess I can buy new jet ring replacements and from what I've read epoxy for the cracks in the skimmer but should I be worried about cracked lines now? I blew them out completely and put duck valves on so I don't think its freezing. Thoughts?

Or, email them to poolforum@gmail.com and reference this thread number (23925.)
(Hint: It will be faster if you can link it yourself than if you email them. We're pretty swamped!)
Yeah, it will be a week b4 I can post pics . . .
That's why I didn't mention that option. (Next week Cameron will be through all his registrations AND the middle school Wyldlife Camp he's been working on, so I'll have help.)
No problem at all. I hope Imgur is acceptable. What I plan on doing is getting some H20 Glue or Epoxy and fix the skimmer as best I can.

The skimmer is fixable; the eyeball, not so much.
Measure the inner and outer circle, and see which threads it has (2" FIP or 1.5" FIP), then shop around some online pool parts houses. Be ready to email them the pics.
I think I'd try to get things fixed, first.
But suit yourself.
Well I fixed the jets and am currently letting the epoxy set on the skimmer. Tomorrow morning I'll give it a quick leak sealant application then finish filling it up. I'll post a completed pool opening likely this weekend![]()
Thanks.
