There is no way that I am aware of that automates chlorination on a high CYA pool. But, if you have a higher CYA, you can probably get by with adding bleach only once or twice per week.

If you don't mind the initial cost, you may be happier with an SWCG. You have to get the salt up to level, the CYA up to required level, water balanced and then turn the unit on and it will maintain chlorine levels for you. That may be the way to go if you really need the automation.
