    Seriously?

    There is no way to answer that, when we haven't even seen the pool. Your options are either to fix it yourself -- in which case, you should know whether you can do it -- or hire it done. If you're planning to hire it done, call some guys, pay them a service call, and ask them to 'ball-park' a quote on a new pool and on a rehab.

    Pool construction prices in S. Florida tend to be much lower than in other parts of the country. I'm not sure about Jacksonville, though.

    Thank you for your response. I understand that it's almost impossible to assess without looking at pool. I guess I just wanted to know that if it was even a possibility to restore a concrete pool. Having a background in construction. But NO pool expertise, I thought it would take very serious issues for anything concrete to be beyond repair
    But I realize pools can be a different beast

    If you've got a construction background, look for structural cracks in the pool, and for plumbing problems. Both of those can be very expensive to repair.
