Default Jandy Aquapure error 188 and 170

I have an error code 170 that indicates I have a low voltage. I can unplug the sensor and the error goes away but comes back once I reconnect. Everwhere I read they say it could be the sensor, but I would like to know how I can test it to be sure it's the sensor and not the board?

    Any testing suggestions?
