Just had my Tuff pool liner rip all the way across the length of one side? Has anybody else had this happen? Bought it used, so I don't know if a warranty will still be in place?

I'm afraid you're out of luck: I've never heard of a pool gear warranty that could be transferred to a 2nd owner.
