concern homeowner, about to have ABG install.

ok so the contractors came out today to look at the area where my pool is going to be build. i have septic so my town says pool needs to be 20 ft from tank and nothing can be on the leach bed. we found the perfect spot however the contractor says it looks like i have a run off downhill and my ground is not level. Also have a two foot drench (not in the way). He stated he will build up the lower part with some kind of rock substance ( cant remember the name) because he doesnt want to disturb the ground too much and dig down the where the higher ground is.. does this sound realistic.. i am so nervous. also planning to build a deck in the near future.

Sounds pretty normal, to me.

I haven't seen the site, or the pool, so I can't give you an absolute assurance.
