    Default No Suction in pool

    Just cleaned filter on pool. Got a new creepy crawler last year. There is no suction at all. Could you maybe tell me what the problem is?

    You have to provide more information:

    1. Is the pump running?

    2. Is the water in the pump basket? Is the pressure gauge on the filter reading differently when the pump is ON, compared to what it reads when the pump is off?

    3. Is water returning to the pool via the pool return inlets on the sidewalls?
