There are lots of pumps that will push 63 GPM . . . and one pressure or another. In order to make a meaningful recommendation, you'll need to supply

=> accurate gallon volume of your pool
=> piping size at the pool equipment (1.5", 2" or ?)
=> presence/absence of: in-floor cleaning system; solar system, heater, pool pump driven cleaner, spa etc
=> type and size of your filter
=> presence of any other flow restrictions, such as a Hayward inline chlorinator

Alternatively, you can just buy a variable speed pump (~$1,000) -- they are all based on a high efficiency 3 HP, but can efficiently 'turn-down' the flow rate, making them a reasonably good 'one-size-fits-all' pump.

There is a down side, besides the cost. The electronics are so expensive, so that electronic repairs are 70% of the cost of a new pump. Since the electronics are sensitive to voltage problems, and frequently damaged by lightning, a VSP pump may not be a good choice in areas that have summer-time thunderstorms.

The bigger question to me is why 62.5 GPM. I hope you are not going by turnovers because that doesn't really matter for pump run time.
