I'm willing to try to help . . . but only if you are willing to do the necessary legwork. I normally don't spend much time on questions about pools outside of North America, because I've learned I usually can't help. Chemical availability is different; pool equipment is different; operational practices are different; and most important -- there's usually not any way for you to get decent testing done. Here's what's needed:
1. Photos -- not just descriptions -- of the chemicals available to you from both the pool store, and from any big box (Walmart-like) store, including things like washing soda (sodium carbonate), baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), bleach (sodium hypochlorite), and borax (sodium tetraborate). The photos should include legible labels.
2. Photos of the pool AND the equipment.
3. Size info on pump, filter & piping. Measure the piping OD by printing the Go-NoGo gauge below, on stiff paper.
