Looking for Liner and Salt water opinions

I didnt realize salt kits were so expensive. I asked about one from Leslies pool supply and they said it was only $280. Also I think it is time to change the liner, it is faded pretty bad above the water level and already has two patches in it. Thanks for the reply. Dustin Ball

There ARE very inexpensive SWCGs, but not for YOUR pool, which is at least 17,000 gallons. They are for pools in the 3000 to 8000 gallon range (roughly). I have at least 4 patches in my 11 year old liner. A patch is a couple of bucks. A liner + installation is lot more expensive. But...that's up to you. It's your pool.

Hi, Dustin, and welcome. If you do decide to get a new liner, just wanted to give you some info that is not always clear. In a pool liner, mil and gauge are not the same thing. Just wanted to throw that out there for you as you do your research before buying one.
