spinning returns

Hi. I'm looking for a simple way to seal off spinning returns at my steps on my ig pool. I have nice threaded plugs for the others but don't see anything similar for spinning ones.

While googling I found a picture of one of these for sale, they seem to be threaded so it appears I can unscrew them and use regular screw in plugs.

Glad you were able to solve your problem; sorry no one could help. My guess is that those were spa parts that were installed on a pool. Unfortunately, most of us here are pool focused.
