autoclear plus error code 94

I have an autoclear plus that is giving an error code of 94. Checked cell and it is clean, salt level is good although not reading correctly. Pool turned gren a couple of weeks ago so I added calcium increaser, algaecide and stabilizer as instructed. Pool initially cleared up and then a week later, green again. After testing it showed that I needed another 6 lbs of stabilizer and 8 lbs of calcium hardness increaser. When I test the chlorinator the second reading which is Amps, which should be 5, reads .2. 220 volts is going into control panel but when reading the voltage on the power wires going out reads 58 volts??? Fuses are good, no cut in cell lines. Confused, any advice appreciated before I sink $650 in a new cell with the possibility of it not correcting the issue

I can't help you on your specific problem - I'd never even seen an AutoClear unit, much less worked on one. I did find some info, but it's limited since the product is discontinued:
