Can you power up the cell without the pump on? If so, you could take the sensor out and close it manually with your finger to see if the sensor is working.
We have a bioguard Mineral Springs unit and the no flow light stays off even when pump turning on (which is usually when light blinks for a few seconds). We think we could have a bad sensor or switch. We are also not getting a salt reading but don't know if this is because salt is low (check minerals is NOT blinking) or because of a bad sensor. Thanks!!!
