Unhappy Above Ground Pool leak and cannot locate

Had a diver come over last week and could not find the leak. I have a puddle to the low part of the back yard that is dripping and losing about a 1/4 of inch per day. Where else can it be? I have checked the jet and skimmer and they look find.

Depending on the weather you had, 1/4" per day may not be a leak. You need to do a bucket test:

    (1) Get a clean white or light colored 2 - 5 gallon bucket that you can suspend in the pool, or secure to the steps.

    (2) Fill it with several gallons of pool water. Carefully mark the water level on 2 opposite sides of the bucket. Bucket needs to be at least 2/3 full.

    (3) Carefully mark the water level in the pool.

    (4) Place the bucket partially IN the pool, so the water in the bucket is the same temp as water in the pool

    (5) Check after 2 days; compare loss in the pool with loss in the bucket. If they are nearly the same, you have no leak.
