Commercial pools like you describe are very different than home pools. They were what I did, for 25+ years. In fact, my original idea in starting PoolSolutions was to provide information for my customer.
But, I discovered that commercial pool operators are 'helicopter' forum members -- flying in for a solution, and then flying away, and never becoming a part of the community. Plus there's the whole thing with bosses: most commercial pools have at least 5 people making decisions about how they are operated.
Indoor pools, if they have much of a bather load at all, are much different than outdoor pools, and not in a good way.
Basic chemistry applies to both residential and commercial pools -- if you read and learn what's here, it will help you. If you also learn to distrust pool industry authorities, that will also help you. But, I haven't written a guide to outdoor commercial pool operation, much less one for indoor pools, and have no immediate plans to do so.
Sorry.
