Default Pool is Eating Chlorine - CLOSED THREAD

I have a pool, it has a lot of dead algae on the bottom which I haven't vacuumed and its eating chlorine but I can't figure out why.

Here is a reading after I had shocked it two days earlier:

    Chlorine Level: 0
    Total Available Chlorine: 0
    Calcium Hardness: 220
    CYA: 30
    TA: 90
    PH: 7.7
    Copper: 0
    Iron: 0
    Phosphates: 300

The Leslie's people are suggesting that maybe I have the dimensions of the pool wrong, I don't think I do, but I could buy a measuring tape. Any ideas on why the chlorine level zeros so quicky?
