Question newbie and looking for help

I have a 24' round with a 7.4 deep end. Cloudy pool, uses lots of chlorine. Took water to be tested at store today and these were the results. looking to see what bbb method and measurements of items i need to add to fix my problem.

    CYA - 115
    Tot Chlorine - 0.1
    FC 0
    ph 7.7
    ta 139
    total hardness 273
    optimizer 51

Store tells me to add 6.5 lbs of BP100 and then 3.255 lbs low n slow and then 2 bags of Burn out 3 (heavier shock)

    Please advise.

Your chlorine is too low; add the shock.

Do NOT add the other stuff; you don't necessarily need it.

    1. Get a cheap local OTO / phenol red kit (yellow / red drops)

    2. Read the Best Guess page, linked in my blue signature block.

    3. Use whatever chlorine you have to raise your chlorine levels to the DARK yellow level (beyond what the test block shows).

    4. Order a K2006, so you can manage high CYA levels with high chlorine (test kit page link in the blue block).

    5. If the pH persists high (test it YOURSELF, when the chlorine is 5 ppm or lower) add some of the acid, if you have it (lo n slo)
