Default Is 10 ppm chlorine too high?

I have a 16x48 vinyl intex pool, the free chlorine is testing at 10ppm. Is this too high? If so, does it need to be lowered and how? The ph and TA seem to be fine.
    Thanks

Probably not; it's probably fine. Read the Best Guess page, linked in my signature for an explanation.
