I'm new also, but if it were me I would call Intex and ask them this question. Either that or if there we something different that needed to happen when it was set up.
Hope you can get them working as they should without any damage.
God Bless!
Bought a 20' x 52" intex pool and after filling the pool noticed that some of the connections have come unlocked. Has anyone else had this type of situation occur with their pool? Is the pool ok to keep it filled with having this situation?
Thanks

I suspect your pool may not be on level ground. The Intex pools really do require very level ground, for successful installation. It's one aspect of those pools that often catches people off-guard, and leads to a great deal more work than they expected.
And, as the pools get larger, the importance of really level, even ground gets greater.
To answer your specific question;
I'm pretty sure the correct answer is, unfortunately, "No!"Is the pool ok to keep it filled with having this situation?
Checking with Intex is a good idea of course. But I'm afraid you'll need to drain, disassemble, and re-level.
