I suspect your pool may not be on level ground. The Intex pools really do require very level ground, for successful installation. It's one aspect of those pools that often catches people off-guard, and leads to a great deal more work than they expected.

And, as the pools get larger, the importance of really level, even ground gets greater.

Is the pool ok to keep it filled with having this situation?
I'm pretty sure the correct answer is, unfortunately, "No!"

Checking with Intex is a good idea of course. But I'm afraid you'll need to drain, disassemble, and re-level.
