Checked Google Maps, to see what sort of pool you have . . . but you gave a business address, so that didn't help.
Possible (partial) solutions:
(1) Slowing flow through your filter . . . if it's a sand filter. AG pools typically have oversized pumps matched with undersized filters, and benefit the most from this.
(2) Replacing the Asian cheapo cartridge in your cartridge filter (Pleatco, etc.) with a OEM grade Filbur or Unicel cartridge.
(3) Using polyquat to help filter the particles. It's an algaecide that is also an excellent clarifier.

(4) Turning your pump off -- ideally after adding polyquat -- for 24+ hours; letting the dust settle, and then vacuuming to waste.
