    Default They say not structural

Poolco says my crack is only a hairline crack and not structural. Says it's normal.... They still haven't come out and are saying this based on my picture. Structural warranty and a plaster warranty exist.

What should I accept at a minimum to fix this?

I had no responses until I called the boss direct.

So frustrating. I had a pool prior and my only issue was cloudy water and needing a new liner after 15 years....
I would never buy a gunite pool again.

    Caveat - I can't see a picutre.

Hairline cracks in pools are generally just an eyesore and not a problem. Typically not until you can stick a toothpick in the crack is it concern for a leak. Even then most don't lose water.
    How old is the pool?
    Where is the crack?

@wishIcould: you can post pictures using Flickr, Webshots, Picasa, Google Docs, Dropbox, etc. Just find the link for your picture, and post between two IMG tags -- clicking the little picture symbol on the edit tool bar will enter those tags for you.
