Ok, I bought and put in 6 jugs (121 fl oz) of Great Value bleach: SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE 8.25% which says it yields 7.86% available chlorine.
CYA tested at 48.
I rinsed the filter and brushed the walls. The pump is running.
