Welcome to The Forum!
There's a guy in your area that can handle this, he goes by "sanddevil" on this site
What are you wanting to remove from the tile? If it's just body oils and dirt you can use baking soda on a 2 part kitchen sponge/ scrubbie. If it's calcium deposits, muriatic acid can be (carefully) used. Either way, you'll want to know accurate chem values before adding even the small amounts of these chems to the pool - in the case of calcium scaling, it's improper water chemistry that's caused this.
Let us know what's going on with the tile and we can tell you how to clean the tile yourself.![]()

Having done construction and service for 4 pool companies in 4 states starting in 1988, what I know about pools could fill a couple of books - what I don't know could fill libraries
Thanks, Ted.
