Not something I can help with.
Your best bet may be to remove the lamp, carefully measure the niche depth and diameter, and take the ring + measurements to the oldest and ratty-est pool store around, and look for a pool service guy older than Moses. Somebody like that can possibly help.
I'll ask Waste and Waterbear, to take a look and post if they know anything, but generally finding parts to swap out for antique parts is an adventure expedition, with an uncertain outcome.
By the way, before you get too involved, you'll want to check and see if you can actually move the cable for the lap. If you can't pool the old lamp cord out, you won't be able to pull a new cord in. And builders OFTEN crimp the conduit to the light niche when they do installation, making the lamp un-replaceable.
