I setup my 23 foot round above ground pool with a Hayward Goldline AQ-TROL-RJ-TL AquaTrol Above-Ground Pool Return Jet pool Chlorinator.

Running 6 hours (3 in morning 3 at night) 60% output on the SWCG.

Even before switching to salt i would get Green-like algea on the sides and bottom of the pool.

I can scrub with a rag and filter/shock the pool and it goes away.

Since switching to Salt it appears the issue still occurs once the Free Chlorine level drops below 3.

I tried to get my levels into to ideal values but i'm still not able to. Pool is clean with no other issues.

Last check of level are as follows

Hardness = 0 (Do i even need to worry about this ??)
PH = 7.0 (on the lower end)
FC = 10 (shocked yesterday) Has always been fine only level I can manage
ALK = 60-70 added 3 lbs of baking soda very little change (added 3lbs before switching to salt as well) can't get this to higher levels
CA = 30-40 Added 5lbs before switching to salt level hasn't changed
Salt = 3200-3400 (stable)

Any suggestions on the green algea.. is it just lack of chlorine.

Thanks for your help.
