    Update I put a gallon of bleach in yesterday afternoon and another last night. This morning the pool is a aqua/teal blue and cloudy but a lot better. I think we got rid of the algae though. Here are the levels from the pool store.
    Chlorine = 10 PPM
    PH = 8.0
    alkalinity = 210
    hardness = 380
    Stabilizer = assuming 0 he just put - ( dash )in this spot
    Iron = trace
    Copper = assuming a 0 - (dash ) there to
    Phosphates =100
    TDS = 700

    They told me to just add 1/2 gallon of muiratic acid tonight and keep running the pump. Also just FYI I have a 140lbs sand filter on this pool right now just trying to get it running good. Thanks for anymore info with this topic.

    Another question is there any special reason I can't look at my profile and it says I'm not autherized to look at certain pages?

    Add acid, but not that much at once. Add an estimated (not measured!) 1/8 to 1/4 gallon (pint to a quart); wait and then retest.

    Will the high Ph level cause it to be cloudy or is that somthing else ?

    High pH + high TA + high CH can cause cloudiness -- that may be happening in your case. But, you need to lower it for several reasons, including the possibility of iron in the water.
