One of our favorite members is a pool installer -- Waste aka Ted. I'm going to ask him to look at your thread.

    Trudge,

I'm not sure Waste -- or anyone else -- has much experience with wooden pool platforms. Your guess about whether your pool is being pushed past its failure point is as good as ours: we may have more experience, but you can actually see the thing. Really, you've got two options:

    1. Leave the pool up, keep your fingers crossed, and hope the supports don't settle any more. (I would take a look, and see where the water will go if the pool collapses . . . and make sure it won't damage anything!)

    2. Take the pool down, and reset all the supports solidly. I don't know what your soil conditions are, so I don't know what that will require. It may be as simple as putting 12x12x2 patio blocks under each post AFTER tamping the soil there, with something, maybe a 8 ft 4x4.
