I'm new here obviously. I have been wanting to purchase a swimming for years. We have had the soft sided pools in the past, but now i'm wanting to upgrade to something better.
The problem I run into is, i am on a very tight budget. So, I can't afford one of the expensive above ground pools that I would like. So, I have decided that maybe I can get a used one cheaper. Of course, I do worry about buying something old and used.
Someone got back to me about an ad I posted on a site that I wanted to buy a used pool. He told me he has a round 27' x 44" 20 year old pool that he would sell me. He sent me pictures it does look to be in good shape. I would have to tear it down. How hard is it to tear a swimming pool down? How long does it normally take?
My dad told me I have to worry about the liner not fitting right after it is moved. Along with the deck they built to go with it. My dad said it was made for their ground so it won't sit right on ours. It is a real nice deck. I will post the pictures of the pool, if you guys can let me know if its worth buying or if I should pass and keep looking. By the way he is asking 500.00 USD for the pool, deck, and everything that goes with it. (solor cover, pump, filter, etc )
