Do you have any problems with the power supply? Or are you looking to replace the entire system?
If the power supply is still good, you can "realistically" replace the cell and flow switch with an equivalent sized cell (number of blades in the cell), and modify the cell cord to work with the new cell. You can use the flow switch as used in the AutoPilot AG model. The Hayward Goldline flow switch may not work as it uses a phone style connector. You may have to do some modification to your plumbing to get the cell and flow switch to fit in the place of the Autoclear cell components.
That's just one idea...IF YOUR POWER SUPPLY IS STILL WORKING FINE.

Thanks, yes the power and control panel seem to be working fine. How do I determine if the flow switch and/or the cell itself needs to be replaced? I've cleaned the blades each Spring. It'd be nice if it's just a flow switch issue, but I don't know how to diagnose. Thanks

I'm not familiar with your unit, but it sounds like you need to see if Hayward can help you. Sean is the AutoPilot guy, not the Hayward guy. I don't know how to find a manual for that unit, but they should.

Still, it sounds like you may need to replace everything UNLESS you have the skills for DIY wiring and plumbing testing and modifications.

Ben, the Autoclear is a Polaris system...Hayward will not help, as they were bought out by Zodiac. I only recommended a flow switch similar to the AutoPilot or Hayward style because the AutoClear cell has the flow switch integral to the cell. The AutoClear flow switch is similar in design and is a basic normally opened/normally closed type switch, which can be tested with a multimeter. Usually if this is the problem, your power supply will show a code or warning light specifically for a flow condition.
If the cell is dead, then replacing it should get you back in operation.
Google search for AutoClear Chlorine Generator showed cells still available on line. Not sure if this is accurate or not.

Thanks for the advice! I'm may see if I can find a replacement cell online. Or, I may just say the heck with it and go to chemicals. Probably cheaper and easier in the long run.
