Unfortunately, I don't think you'll be able to find the coping that matches what you had, as you haven't already.

Fortunately, the tracks i gave you the link to will be able to do the job. As you are, understandably, worried about wear on the cover, you can either go with the plastic receiver or use the 'side mount' track. Either way, you would want to cover the exposed toprail of the panel. I think that tile, possibly bullnose, would do what you need.

Don't sweat that the pieces aren't 16' (2 X 8= 16 ) & 2 8s are slightly easier to install

I wish I lived close enough to you that I could just stop by one afternoon and take care of this for you! It would honestly be a few hours work for me to do this. If you DIY, it might take ~ 1 1/2 days, owing to have to learn some new skills, but this is certainly a weekend project you can do yourself!
