Ben - Thank you very much for your prompt response. Below I am attaching better resolution pictures.

I want to mention that in one specific area where my kids normally play the streaks have somewhat vanished and now has a kind of marbled finish. I am wondering if in the rest of the pool, with a kind of sandpaper or a stain remover, I will be able to scrape the surface of the plaster or will this ruin it?

It's entirely possible your kids have abraded things enough to produce improvements.

You might try a concrete rubbing block, like these from Amazon:
    Concrete Rubbing Block
    Concrete Rubbing Block

You can use them underwater, but do NOT leave them sitting around in the pool or on your deck: the screws that hold the handle are carbon steel and will rust. If you leave the wet block on your deck or in your pool, you WILL leave stains.

I should add that colored plaster, like yours appears to be, rarely looks as uniform as white plaster.

    Hi Ben,

I found the below products in a local store. What of those products you would recommend? Thanks in advance.

I already posted my recommendation, which was for a professional grade tool. The tools you are looking at are consumer grade, for removing scale, not plaster or concrete.

It looks like you plaster color is the same as mine. Do you remember the name of the color? My plaster looks exactly like this. I kept saying it didn't look right and my wife, who went to see this color in demo pool, says that's how it's supposed to look. I remain skeptical.
