SWCGs are not my area, but we do have a lot of people who can advise you about the Pool Pilot. Be patient for a bit. Once your registration is complete and your post is moved into the SWCG section of the forum, it will get views from some people who should be able to help you. I would suggest you contact AutoPilot [ https://autopilot.com/ ] though it looks their website may be having problems.

Sean Assam of AutoPilot also posts here regularly, and may have other suggestions.

Graham, please run a TEST POOL PILOT and let me know what the readings show. That usually indicates where the problem may be coming from.
