    I have never had allgie before but its very hot in Okla. this summer how do I take care of this problem,

    #1 - Add 1 gallon of plain 6% household bleach to your pool for ever 10,000 gallons of pool water.
    #2 - Get an OTO / phenol red test kit, use it, and tell us what the results are.
    #3 - Repeat #1 every EVENING till unless the OTO kit shows 'orange'. Brush the pool after each dose.
    #4 - Tell us what kind of pool you have, how many gallons, what kind of pump & filter, and what kind of chemicals you've been using.
    #5 - Do NOT use pool store goop -- phosphate stuff, algaecides, etc -- in the pool. Doing so wastes $$'s and will slow down the clean up.
    #6 - Do find out how much stabilizer is in your pool.
