We are wanting to build an in-gound pool pebble tech, or similar. I was also trying to search these forums for pool loan info, like peoples recommended banks or what sort of options are available and if anyone knows what kind of terms most get, ie: intrest rates and the length of a loan.

I've never seen the sort of info you are asking for discussed here . . . and I'd discourage it, if I did. We are focused on how to OPERATE your pool, mostly on chemistry, but also somewhat with equipment.

Great link, sorry the loan info is just one of many things. Anyway I can get access to use the search feature, it's works ATM but I keep getting access denied messages.
