That I can't help you with, but there are many SWCG people on the forum who will be able to. I just wanted to say hi and welcome to the Pool Forum!
Hi Jim;
Two questions:
#1 - What is the model / make of your SWCG?
#2 - Did you have a registration here before, with a similar user ID, and if so, what was your email provider then?
( I don't need your old email address, just the provider name. The right answer will get you a much less restricted user account.)
PoolDoc / Ben
I think the old provider was Juno.com. I have an Aqua Rite.

Hi Jim.
Can you tell us what the diagnostic displays are? (when you press the black button next to the display LED, can you tell us what it shows for each push - IIRC there are 7 different #s that will be shown, so 7 pushes of the button)

Jim, i was at one of my local pool stores buying a cover and noticed they had a aqua rite cell tester so i went home and unhooked my cell and took it in for a test and it passed the test. so check your local pool stores.
